Waiver of Liability: The ECPAAA or any other sponsor or promoters do not assume any responsibility for damage, destruction, or loss of the exhibitor’s property for any cause.  The exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the ECPAAA or other sponsors of the show from any liability and expense for any injury, property damage or any other loss.
