Note: To register you must enter your golf team name or sponsor information and player names in * marked boxes. Once that is complete. You hit the “Get Started” to enter your team members registration.

This will generate an email to ECPAAA for your registration

Registration must be completed with all information required and then hit "Get Started" to register team and players. Do not forget to select your "Golf Game Packages. The Total Due Is the total amount you will have to pay for your team and golf packages.

Note: To register your sponsorship opportunities you must enter your selection of Gold, Silver or Bronze Sponsor, Sponsors Name and Email * marked boxes.

Do not forget to select your “Game Packages” quantity.

Once that is complete. You hit the “Choose Gold, Silver or Bronze” button to enter your sponsorship registration.

Gold Sponsorship Includes:

  1. Gold Sponsor Signage

  2. Two (2) Four Person Teams (Enter & Register 2 teams above)

  3. Two Tickets to Edmond Police Appreciation Dinner

Silver Sponsorship Includes:

  1. Silver Sponsor Signage

  2. One (1) Four Person Team (Enter & Register 1 team above)

Bronze Sponsorship Includes:

  1. Bronze Sponsor Signage

  2. One (1) Player entry (Enter & Register 1 player above)

Note: To register your “Additional Sponsorship Opportunities, you must select the type of Sponsorship you wish to donate too and then enter your Sponsor’s name, email and phone in * marked boxes.

Once that is complete. You hit the “Submit Sponsorship” button to enter your sponsorship registration.

After you have registered your team and have chosen your sponsorship.

Preferred method of payment is a check in the mail prior to golf tournament. You can mail your check to ECPAAA, PO Box 395, Edmond, OK 73083.
You may pay by using the ECPAAA AutoBooks Account if you want to pay at the time of your online registration. (See below QR Code)

ECPAAA will also accept credit cards, debit cards, cash and checks the day of the EPD Golf Tournament.
